Hello everyone.
The earthquake in Nepal has been devastating. More than 5,500 people dead. More than 9,200 people injured. Eight million affected across Nepal. One million children urgently in need of help.
Featured in this post is an online gallery whose proceeds will go directly towards a relief organization of your choice.
The idea is simple. Once you see a creative work you like, you email the artist with an amount that you would like to bid. On Saturday May 2nd, the artist will contact the highest bidder confirming that the piece is theirs! Once you get this confirmation, you send your donation to your chosen Nepal relief fund, and send the artist a copy of either an electronic receipt or screenshot of your payment (please send this in an email with the subject line “Relief Bid”). Once received, the artist will mail you your new work! Note: because of some recently submitted prints some bidding will go on till Monday!
