When really thinking about AI and how it will affect and augment the art world, I keep feeling that it only gives us the beautiful option of being even more human in everything that we do. Meaty, present, visceral , beautiful, ugly, flawed, scarred, and tactile (sometimes sweaty).
So I kinda went back to my favorite thing when I was a teenager , Making zines! I am aiming for a new batch every two months and will keep adding the collection of this years to this post. Here is a preview and a lil walk through of each zine so far , each Zine run is a collection and collage of a lil over 25 years of my own work. It has been surreal to go back through my creative past self in a way. Like time travelin’
Zine #2: “I HATE MISSING YOU,I MISS LOVING YOU”
I have been making sure to include recent and old work within each print as well. Along with collected series.

This one has allot of birds in it, I was struggling with being grounded and in flight simultaneously .The first run I sewed all the covers on with a waxed covered canvas and scratched the titles in. It was my Moms machine I got after she passed
